This is vegetarian Pasta Sauce....No Meat.
I came up with this yesterday while looking for ways to supplement my protein after strength training.....
I used full containers if each item, then broke it doen into four (4) servings. Each serving is a full "1 cup" measuring cup full.

It is funny but when i clicked on your link I came to me recipe Box.
I did not know it was public but happy you found it. which one of my recipe did you use as pasta sauce.
i am an indian and cook indian food and i put it in my recipe box to calculate the calories.
I find it difficult to calculate servings and usually equate the serving with the number of cups i get.0 -
