logging activity

Hi there!
Do we simply log our activities as we normally would in our mfp diary, or do we have to log them somehow within the group? Thank you in advance.

    Hi Tammy,

    That is a great question and I am so glad you asked! The group is a form of encouragement. Feel free to make public messages about how you are doing. When you want to turn in or log, just print it out from your personal page.

    My reports show minutes and calories, but not distance. Will the guideline of 20 minutes/mile (mentioned previously) be used for each type of exercise?

    Hi Heidi -- it's a guideline we've used since we started this several years ago. If there isn't a means to measure distance, then feel free to use it. But, if you come up with a different equivalency by looking at another tool, that can work as well. I hope that helps and way to go!
