New Member- looking to connect

Hey ladies! I'm new to everything here... and I'm tired of looking at me, myself, and I on my news feed. My goal is to conquer my overeating issues and my sweet tooth. I'm also hoping to be motivated and motivate others in their weight loss and fitness goals.

I try to workout just about everyday for at least 35 minutes and have recently started incorporating weight training. My focus areas right now are my tummy and my lower back.

I love me some good food ladies, so its been hard... especially since my parents are restaurant owners and I'm heavily tempted on the weekends when I'm there.

    Yeah buddy that sweet tooth hits me right around my cycle.
    Girl stay strong & keep plenty of fruit stocked, that's the only
    Way I've been able to curb my cravings.
