    Was hoping to run 10 but the IT band started hurting at 8 so I decided not to aggravate it. That's my last run before Sunday when I'm SUPPOSED to run a marathon.

    I just keep getting behinder! Finished my last assignment for the quarter and am off until the 31st so that should help my exercise time some. Although I have some estate stuff to close out and of course, taxes, which in my case are rather complex.

    I made goal with a bike ride over the weekend. Yay! A calf injury I've been fighting the last month (running) can no longer be ignored. Boo! Got new shoes, took a few days off, saw the chiropractor, yada yada yada, it's still getting worse. I am really trying to take it easy, but....ugh.
