How did you like it? I did that one yesterday today I have Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. Since I don't have a remote for my tv I'll have to look up Cardio Abs on Youtube to get it done but it's great we have alternatives to get things done!0

Hi everyone, I am new to My Fitness Pal - have been using Weight Watchers for about 9 months, but it doesn't seem to work well when doing these type of workouts...I wanted a better way to track...
Anyway - I had Cardio Recovery today (week 2 day 4) and I also added T25-Beta Upper Focus because I really need to work on my upper body strength :-\
How is the Cardio Abs workout? I haven't done that one yet - its on tap for Saturday :-)0
