Do you exercise at a gym or at home?
Do you run outside or own exercise equipment?

    Right now, because of all the cold and snow in the north east, I'm at the gym most days. I'll cross train by cross country skiing (best whole body workout ever), snowshoeing, or downhill skiing. When the snow melts, and its warmer out (and if I'm confident enough) I'll run outside. There are some really nice trails near my place. I own some yoga stuff, a jump rope, and some thera bands.

    I workout after work, as I am not a morning person. plus, it helps me let out the steam that builds up after teaching all day.

    I'm a teacher, so I'm up and down all day. I generally get about 6000 steps a day at work, sometimes more, sometimes less depending on what the day is like. About once a week, the kids and I will take about 20 minutes to do some yoga or meditation.

    Time wise, right now, about 45 minutes. I'm easing myself back into exercising, so I walk on the treadmill for about 30 mins and then do some free weights and stretching. Hopefully once my shin splints go away/lighten up, I can start running again, but I'm giving myself 2-3 weeks for my legs to get used to a pace that is higher than a stroll.
