    the bugger occasionally flys past me while I'm out riding - well, him and his brother...

    In fact I remember one particular winter morning (early 2011 iirc) when a fast moving bunch of lads flew by me, front two on immaculate Pinarello Dogma's with little blue stripes here and there, riders in matching kit... yep, Russ and Ben Swift, along with their mates from local clubs, out for a bit of winter condition before going away on some Sky training camp or other.

    Spotted him on Look North tonight. Went to Sheffield to support Harry Greecy-un... Dean that is not me. Thought Amy did very well at getting him up the Col de Jenkin.
