Today I did a 10k trail run. No one within 15 years of me at age 69. Where is everybody. Dead? Are you here? if so, post please. :)

    Congratulations! Hopefully I will be joining your age group eventually!!! It is hard work to keep up running that long.

    You'll never make it if you a hard distance run at 9,600 feet. Happy Saturday. :)

    I'm within 16 years. That's definitely my goal. I want to keep running until I'm in my 80s or even 90s.
