frown Ok people I know you are out there! The last post was 3 months ago. I don't know about you but I could use all the support and information I can get. There is always something new that I am experiencing on this journey.
I recently have gotten back on track and am looking for friends who also have been struggling. Any shared experiences or positive support would be great.

Lets get this group talking.
Im Debby had gastric bypass in 2001.
Lost 155 have regained 80 of it.
I do not want to be 300 lbs again and i very close to it now. Lets help each other.0
