I love popcorn when I need to munch on something salty. I use cooking spray to get my flavors to stick without adding calories or making the popcorn soggy.

I cannot eat peanut butter (allergic) but I just adore caramel corn rice cakes. That is my go to snack.

    Apples or bananas
  • Fruit or 100 calorie bag of popcorn.
Because I have such a LARGE weight loss goal, I am being very restrictive with my eating right now. Literally for lunch, I am having like 2 pieces of fruit. So I haven't been doing as much snacking, lately.
I think my body is getting used to the smaller portions and less frequently eating (I've been doing this for about 2 weeks).
I eat an egg white english muffin sandwich for breakfast.
"snack' on a cup of tea or coffee
    Fruit for lunch
Healthy dinner after I work out.

But when I do want a snack, it's one of those two things. I like the popcorn b/c I feel like i'm getting A LOT for 100 calories. lol

How about super easy gluten free Paleo pancakes? All you need is 1 egg + 1 banana ...sooo easy & quick & sweet!

All you do is microwave the banana to make it super soft, then whip in the egg...spray a little olive oil or coconut oil in the pan and spoon/pour it out like regular pancake batter...makes maybe 3-4 pancakes.

I too am a fan of the Special K bars. I keep them in my desk, and allow one in the afternoon....

    Definitely popcorn at home...

Also I have a broccoli salad- raw cut up slices, with slices of dried tomatoe or sliced strips of crystallized ginger. Make my own dressing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Calories=100 for 1.5 cups with a great crunch. I make several containers at a time, for a quick go to....

Their snacks tend to be a bit small to me. I bought the lemon bars and am a bit disappointed...

Low fat Greek yogurt with berries and a sprinkle of granola

    Sliced apples with peanut butter

4 cups of movie theater butter microwave popcorn (I usually split the full size bag with my daughter at home or with a coworker at work)

1/3 cup of grapes with cubed cheddar cheese and wheat crackers

90 calorie Fiber One bar with small apple (if you take a bite of each, it kinda taste like a chocolate/caramel apple)
