How to weigh yourself?

Hey guys i have a question...

whats the best way to get your exact weight? Are you suppose to weigh yourself first thing in the morning with no food still sitting in your stomach? after you workout?

when?

    Hi Vonique84, I am not sure when the best time is..but for me, I usually weigh myself in the morning, before breakfast and exercise..

    im 1st thing on a morning as soon as I wake up, so before breakfast. but I don't think it would matter when, as long as it was same time, wearing similar clothing etc. each week :)
