Question about the double up day...

I am running my days Monday through Friday and I was wondering if it would throw anything off if I doubled up on say Wednesday or Thursday instead of Friday? Fridays are typically busy and I think it would be easier to double up another day instead of doing a workout on Saturdays.

I would think that would be fine as long as you get it done0

Agreed, I don't think it really matters. I have heard of people also not doubling up and workingout 6 days a week instead of five. Again, don't think it really matters. Just as long as it gets done0
