My week off of P90X3

Well, I took this week off so I could focus on my diet and do a Jillian Michael's program with a friend. That didn't go so well- the exercise that is. This week has been great for my diet- I've lost a few pounds and have a new strong commitment to clean eating and am seeng results. I'm so excited about that!
But this week has been random exercises videos and time at the gym. It's driving me and my muscles nuts to not put them through the ringer. I feel like I need to do some one legged squats because these strong muscles can and they need to be used! So I'm starting my block 3 today and not waiting for Monday.

okay- I'm out of my routine! I'm not working out everyday and then my diet fell apart too! I think I might need to start this last block over on Monday again. This hap[pens a lot- if I overhaul my diet too extremely, I usually counteract it when I'm done. hence it's not good for me to "diet". But today is a new day and I have my shakeology!0
