Hello... I'm not in Rome, more near Naples... we are stationed here from the US. I don't speak Italian though (learning!)

Hey there! I'm from Rome too! I was born here but just came back from New Zealand where i lived for about one year. I'm a really active person, i love doing sports ( kickboxing, boxe, running and riding ) but since i was fourteen i have an awful addiction to food that it's hard to hide. I sprained my ankle one week ago, and now i can't do sports anymore until september ( but i will hit the swimming pool by next month ) this means that now it's just me vs. food, without any sport as support. I have 25 pounds to lose, and i want to do it the healthy way, skipping as much as i can shortcuts like fasting or purging. I want to turn food into a friend, and i now i will need good pals to motivate, and to keep me motivated Good luck to y'all! Buona fortuna ragazzi!
