Did I mention we do not weigh in.....

Later on when we become into the fitness and maintenance area we can weigh in. Now , no, I do not or it defeats me. What I do , is find a skirt I want to fit into that is too small just a size or two too small, if you don't have one , get one on sale or go to Goodwill, because you won't wear it for long...Any garment that has a waistband, even sretch can work, if it is too small.

After about a couple of weeks I try it on. Thiswill measure where you are doing your sit ups and leg lifts. Whether it is a lot of weight loss or not , this area will begin to trim down. I am starting mine tomorrow morning and have my skirt all ready to go .

If anyone is interested in this, then just post what you eat for about a week then we can all look at each others and see where are strengths lie and our weaknesses lie. Eventually we can move into more structure for reshaping for life diet. Am I doing this right ??? LOL. no one is here, that is not a problem I will just pretend I have a partner , the robot that calculates the calories...!

    I would love to do the lazy day diet with yu! I need to lose 40lbs, ever since I started dieting for real this time I have gained 10 lbs so if I lighten up and become lazy about it maybe I will lose weight

  • Great! Nice to meet you. Yeah we all get all hyped up with the structured exercise programs, then sort of crash in a very short time. You can do the lazy day diet and exercise program for life without much thought or effort.

    I am starting tomorrow. All we have to do is, of course drink water to fill up those cells so the food can't get in, and I a flush where I combined those cans of crushed tomatoes, with baby spinach, onions, cook a huge pot of that. Store in Fridge. This way I can add what I want during the day to each portion . Meat at lunch , or an omeoette in the morning, chicken strips for dinner. Sub , a nice bowl of broccoli. and rice. I get the V8 fusion. For three days before I actually begin the diet part I try to flush out everything. As many green veggies as you can stand,. Three days is good enough. That will take us to Wed. Then we begin cutting our portions in half, or at least down , and log what we eat for a week. It is important to do the Lazy Bed exercises, each morning and night and to choose a pair of slacks or skirt that is a bit too snug right now as a measuring tool, it takes the place of the scale.

    I throw in half an hour of walking on the tread climber, walker or whatever , while watching The Voice. That is Monday , Tues, skip Wed, then put on something to watch, on Thurs and Friday. That is the time I watch things I have recorded.

    Meanwhile i have my phone, and drink of water in the holder, while treading or my kindle and read. I don't run real fast, just a nice steady walk . We post what we eat to the group each day,This site gave me 1200 cal a day I can have, so that is my guide and I am assuming each of you have yours. So a good exchange of ideas of what we eat, since we get caught up in the same old same old. I tried that Activa today, I am not sure what is in there, but I am still alive. Also posting your menu here helps us to find out where we are weak or strong in our diet day. OK , till tomorrow!I am so happy to do this with someone. Theresa
