Food list- book or website?

I have the book. I wanted to print out the list so I can put it on my ref. saw the food list on website. There's some food are missing from the list on website. Which list to follow?

    I think both are good. If I remember correctly, the one from his website leaves off a healthy grain such as quinoa under carbs. I would say follow those, but if you have more knowledge or experience with nutrition you know what "fits" in his categories and what would not. For example, knowing quinoa is a healthy whole grain carb even though he left it off the list. Or knowing Kale is an excellent vegetable even though it was left off.
