Good Morning,
Idid have an yogurt as a night snack. My Food Check in says I can lose about 14 lbs in five weeks by doing what I am doing now. That is without my half an hour exercise each day. I don't know why I haven't been hungry , maybe it is the Activia in the morning. I am adding green tea and more water today. And a half hour on the tread climber. I was a little sore from doing the side leg lifts and sit ups yesterday, because I had not done them in a while. But I think if you do it every other day , it will work. If still sore I used to take a hot bath before bed and that always worked. I forgot to turn on the iphone for the step count, Pacer, too bad because I have a lot of steps making breakfast for the kids and ironing their uniforms and getting them off to school. Have a good day , Will check in tonight.Theresa

Are you drinking green tea or taking any green tea supplements right now? I read that green tea was good for boosting metabolism and that the supplements were supposed to help burn fat and boost metabolism. After I made those things part of my daily routine, I lost my appetite and was lucky to be able to force down 1000 calories a day. I did so research and read that the green tea & supplements could cause loss of appetite. So I stopped that stuff, and lo and behold, my appetite came back. Hooray! Just something to think about regarding your lack of hunger. If you keep not being hungry, maybe talk to your doctor? You've gotta keep up that energy to play with your new Pacer and do your other exercises.

Hi, I am getting it now. OK, The green tea is good for that, and of us need all the help we can get suprressing appetite. I think drinking a cup with mid snacking probably is a good idea. Also before going to bed, especially in the first two weeks of dieting. We can always seem to get our appetite back...lol...it does not take much of a push to eat the wrong foods, regardless of the amt. I got the keurig packs, so we will see how that works. I just wanted the bags, but someone picked them up for me.0
