Lunch- marinated salmon steak with a ton of fresh baby spinach cooked with it and flavored with marinade.
Gren Tea, ...had an early Dinner, was still hungry so had homemade cheesburger on bun. They do not five that option , so it prob added more calories than I really had. it was topped with spinach, have to use that container of spinach up ...lol...
I am full and still have room later for a yogurt.
I had more calories, at this poing I ave almost 400 left. the carbs hardly used, same for sugars, proteins etc...but the big change today was that the Sodium was way down. last night I had used 1996 with yesterday's menu, Today I have only used 396 g of sodium. That is interesting. And prob less than that because the cheeseburger that they had to choose from had a lot more on it than I had, I just had a grilled hamburger, with fresh spinach piled on top a splash of ket. and roll. This gives us some insight on how to space and work with our Sodium. My fats were very low as well. Ok Thanks, Will post again tomorrow.

If there's an item (such as your cheeseburger) that you made yourself, you can put the ingredients in individually. For example, when Hubby and I have homemade hamburgers for dinner, my diary will say something like:
1 Great Value frozen hamburger patty
1 Franz classic hamburger bun
1 slice Kraft Big Slice Swiss cheese
2 Vlasic dill pickle slices
2 slice fresh tomato
1 tbsp ketchup

Breakfast today was a Fuji apple. Lunch was the rest of my leftover steak with some teriyaki sauce. Dinner will be a serving of a creamed chicken and biscuits recipe I found online. For a snack tonight I'll have a couple of Twizzlers (my current favorite "bad" food) and an orange.
After work today, I'll do the Les Mills Combat tutorial with Hubby, or go for a run if Hubby decides he doesn't want to do the dvd after all. I'm downloading some fun music on my iPhone so I can have going along with my running apps.0 -

That sounds like a good day. I am about to get on the tread-climber now,Ok checking my pedometer it says i have taken 2341 steps so far...only les tha 8 thousand to go .....LOL, well I will wear it on the TC, and see how many more after thirty minutes of that.0
