Breakfast/ coffee-milk, Activa
Lunch - bullion soup, fresh spinach, Parmesan cheese, onion. water
Snack/big bowl of broccoli with Parmesan cheese, a pat of margarine.
Dinner/ beef pattie, spring salad, spinach, coffee/ milk
I am not hungry for some reason maybe it is the Activa, I have never taken it before. It is really good tasting, like peach pudding with little bits of peach in it.
I have only had 4 or 500 cal it says.
I had a lot of sugars left I could use, and 699 more calories. but my Sodium allowance is 2,000 and I came within 4 grams of that. I think I need to add apples and green tea, and more water. I did my Lazy exercises, but that was it. I did download my Pacer to see how many stips I will take tomorrow. The point of that is to make you conscious of walking. Probably park a little farther out to get more steps in, go up and down the stairs a few extra times. Walk out and get the mail instead of waiting till the kids get home from school...as we are set back deep in the property. Walk the dog instead of putting him on the outdoor expansions run chain . Then do the tread walker. OK there are some steps there . We will see how they measure up to the five mile hike. I downloaded a three day diet plan app just to see what that was about. It was pretty scarce but also at 1200 cal. I chose. It did allow for a cup of ice cream after dinner. I usually do not do that each night. What I do is after two weeks of the diet is to assign a cheat day where I can eat one or two items that I cannot normally have during the week.Usually it is Sunday, and i just eat Sunday dinner with portion control in mind. I do that every other week. This appears to be turning into my own personal journal. Believe me I am down here in Louisiana, and you don't want any extra creases where sweat can gather, it gets might hot. Good Night. to anyone out there. I will be thinner in ninety days , where will you be?

Really, I never saw your posts, I don't think. I am sorry. No your feet are just fine ....nice feet ...where would they go to , I thought I answered one today. A mystery....Please keep posting , be patient with me I have never been here before and am just learning about the site and how it works.0
