hello my name is liz and i live in the creedmoor area...i have joined o2 fitness on creedmoor...i want to start off walking the treadmill for about an hr a day...and other pointers??

    Start off walking, once you get you pace and breath start adding in inclines and then light jogs in alternations. Also don't just use the treadmill add in some light strength training.
