I did 5x5 several months ago and stopped to go try P90X3 instead. I wasn't feeling like I was "seeing" any results from 5x5 although I was certainly stronger. But I'm back!
...And feeling pretty wimpy starting back at low weights again.

I had to start again after a long Christmas break. Also started back with low weights. I took this opportunity to really work on form.0
