GLBROCKS Progress from the Beginning

Hello all. I used to be considered obese when I first started losing weight. I had problems with insulin sensitivity (Nearly Type II Diabetic). I also was on track for early development of heart disease according to my blood tests. I will list below my stats in a moment. Just to give you some encouragement and advice, when I was ridiculously heavy I was not motivated to go to the gym and exercise, lift weights and felt like I deserved what I wanted to eat. Yes, that meant I ate over 7,000 calories per day, but I didn't care. I was suffering from depression and low motivation. Back in High School (2004-2008) I hovered around 205 to 210 lbs and was pretty fit and muscular. Now I am not a weight loss expert nor do I claim to be. I am just a person who has gone through trial and error to see what works for me and have proved that weight loss is a long term endeavor and should be treated as such. Now for some stats and progress reports.
