    I'm not quite sure how this all works...adding people to your "team"...do you compete against each other? Or is it like a newsfeed of everyone's progress? Either way, sounds like it could be a bit more motivating than be by myself on there, so if anyone's looking for a new one, my address is singnarchr@yahoo.com

    It's more about motivation and encouragement. Sure, there may be some underlying friendly competition going on, but for the most part, its all about cheering each other on!!!

    I had a Fitbit Flex but the band was bothering my and i hated the way it clipped on my wrist. I am selling it on eBay and ordered my Jawbone 24 yesterday. I can't wait to get it. I will add you all by Wednesday

    I would like to find some UP team mates on MFP but I do not have a clue how to go about doing it. I've been using UP24 since early Dec and it is helping me stay motivated. I just celebrated my 70th day on MFP. I usually do 10,000 steps a day. Now that the nice weather draws near, my husband and I will be biking a lot too. I just read "Eat, Move, Sleep" so I'm making a lot of other changes too. The weight is slowly melting off. I'm on a roll! Anyone else here a grandma Upster?

    Not a Grandma yet but old enough to be one! I love my UP but I have no idea how to add friends. Is it through the app on the phone? I would love to add friends for motivation.
