FINALLY after my disappointing 0 last week, ive lost 1lb :happy:

Started 176.6
today 175.6
goal 171 (ish)

    Goal for April 25: 132.2 according to the group, but honestly my goal is to be at least under 129.9!

    I've stopped doing Ripped in 30 altogether, it's way too repetitive for me. I've started doing Focus T25 instead and I'm still walking my dog a few times a week! Weight lifting has stalled a little too, but I just tell myself as long as I do ONE thing every day then it's okay. Baby steps!

    I have been going heavy on the kettlebell and I went for a jog this week- I made it 2 miles without walking or keeling over and dying! First time in over 5 years! I also lost a pant size this week!

    Down almost 2 lbs this week. CW 154.6.

    Joining this group is a great motivator:smile:. Reminds me of when I was on Weight Watchers about 12 years ago, and we had the weekly weigh-ins and lots of group support - I had great results then. Slowly about half of the weight I lost has come back. I tried the new WW on my own this time, but it just wasn't working for me, and there isn't a group anywhere near by. I have been taking off and putting back on that same few pounds, or a few more, for the last couple of years, so I am hoping this time it will be different! I was very discouraged until my friend Myrna put me on to this site.

    My motivation is a school reunion at the beginning of May and a family wedding in early June. I am retiring then as well, so want to be fit and healthy for that next great adventure.

    Staying with the same exercise routines and using the food log to count everything. When I have them, I add the recipes for things that aren't in the database.

    Let's keep it up ladies!!

    This Monday 04/1 I was 150 so I Been between 150-151 tmm is my weigh in fingers crossed I ate better this week so hopefully I see progress n sorry for late accountability
