This is so random but....has anyone else noticed their shoe size has gone down as they have lost weight? Lately all my shoes are not fitting me and it's really irritating! I cannot figure out why other than weight loss. Anyone else?

    OMG yes! I just realized this as I'm pulling out my spring shoes and putting away the winter boots finally, and realized things are looser to the point of not fitting properly. It sucks for all the shoes I currently have BUT I am size 10 or usually 11, so for NEW shoes, it's a great thing!!

    Good call! My fiancé about died when I told him I needed some new shoes!!! Especially for us runners, this is key - got to take care of your feet!
