Dirty Girl Mud Run
Lincoln, NE
September 13, 2014
Want to have the muddiest day of your year? You can at the premiere women’s only run near Lincoln, Nebraska at the Dirty Girl Mud Run. You’ll run, jump, hop, bounce and splash your way to the finish of our mud obstacle course. Additionally, Dirty Girl Mud Run continues to support Breast Cancer awareness and research, donating more monetary support to this worthy cause every year, thanks to fabulous muddy run lovers like you!
Course Description
Run, walk, climb, crawl—you’ll experience it all at our Lincoln mud run. Expect to laugh until your cheeks hurt. Expect the event to go on rain or shine. Expect not to be timed. Expect some crazy team uniforms. Expect to leave with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment, as well as a DG tee and charm.
Course Strategy
Take it easy and have fun! The Dirty Girl 5K Run is not timed or competitive so you can go entirely at your own pace. We recommend arriving at the Lincoln mud run 60-90 minutes before your wave. The course may include off road terrain, so be careful. You’re sure to cross the finish line after some mud, sweat and cheers. Expect a “safety first” mindset throughout the course and water stations at mile 1 and mile 2.
Obstacles
Get ready to conquer the “Utopian Tubes” mud crawl at our Nebraska 5K run. You’ll giggle your way across the finish line, but don’t worry…if you get to one of our 10-12 obstacles that’s more than a challenge for you, just take one of the detours!
