I use to feel soreness a day after. Not anymore though. I did 30ds the other day instead and I might again today. Any other suggestions. I don't notice much toning with the bands. It burns as I'm doing it though.

I didn't like the Tone or Scupt workouts, so I did some strength workouts on Fitness Blender that uses actual dumbbells, which is what I prefer. Still do them. You may want to check them out on You Tube. They have a variety from workouts using heavy weights to lighter weights to just using your body weight.

honestly I dont really feel those..I did the very first time I tried either of the two workouts..but I think battling with the bands while doing the move..somehow the work gets lost..depending on what week you're on..i'm on week 15..and my schedule just incorporated upper and lower 20...those.do.hurt!!! holy sore muscles...she says in the lower 20 that it helps with your kicks that we do in turbo fire....i'm sure theres a method to her madness..but i dont get why it wasnt brought into the schedule sooner..

I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like these workouts. I don't really care for resistance bands. I'm going to replace them with a Jillian Michaels dvd.

I logged in specifically hoping to find this exact thread haha. I hate both of those workouts. Going to sub in 30ds level 3 or some ripped in 30 instead on those days.

Are there any modifiers using dumbbells? I tried the Tone 30 and found the band was rubbing against my arms and back and was a bit painful. I don't really like resistance bands.
