I will be going to Miami Beach for a few days for my birthday (APRIL 25 to the 28th). I am afraid to undo my progress and any future progress. When I went last year. I didn't lose or gain any weight. I drank a lot of water and we did a lot of walking. There is a publix, and a walgreens near the beach resort I am staying at. Any suggestions for beach snacks that wont kill my diet? I have an inroom fridge.

    Freeze some grapes.. watermelon... I LOVE Quest protein bars!! Get some of those if you can! You can pack nuts (just watch portions here)... string cheese... oranges... you can do lettuce wraps for you sandwiches(we always have these at the beach)... protein shakes if you drink those... greek yogurt.. veggie chips.. the possibilities are endless!
