I did good this week! I was surprised. I was sure I wouldn't be down this much.

SW: 154
Week 1 (with the new scale): 150
W2: 146.4
W3: 144.4
W4: 143.2

Ten pounds gone since that revealing doctor's appointment. I'm going to keep calorie cycling and doing what I'm doing until it stops working!

    I know I should be happy that I'm actually losing every week (except for that one crazy weigh in), but it just feels like it's taking forever at this point! I don't know what my final goal weight is, but I definitely want to be <130 and I feel so close yet so far away...

    Great job everyone! Even though it may seem that weekly losses are small, they are still losses, and when I see the cumulative losses you all have its motivating to keep going --- we will get there!

    So a mini-stall for me, but I am not surprised! I struggled this week from the get-go, with Saturday and Sunday being way over goal, and then not quite meeting goal all week. My daughter caught a stomach bug, and so instead of after-supper workouts my exercise was having her clung on to me everything I did... so looking back, I ate 3500 calories OVER net (and I'm set to lose 1lb a week), so I basically ate at maintenance... and guess what, I maintained, lol!

    Luckily this weekend I've been better behaved. I am finding it very hard to stick to my goal (1250 calories), I'm often hungry and chugging water to try to fill me up, lol, so I must really want this because its not easy!

    And I started the month at 170.0 so I'm doing alright
