Well I have always heard the best method is to pick a person in front of you and "reel" them in..well, when there isn't anyone in front of you, use a train 0

Um, I'm familiar with the trolley on Beacon street and and comm ave... I out run them often. ;-) That's why I run home from work on game days.
But really, I was standing 12 inches from her when she passed by my mile 23 viewing spot. Amazing! She made it look easy! No picture though, I found it too hard to get it framed up and take it while she was running. Too fast!!!
