Today's Challenge:

Say NO to soda! (And juice, etc.)

Drink ONLY water.

Love the bubbles in soda?

Swap out your soda for sparkling water!

There are lots of flavorful all-natural options, none of which have ANY calories!

    Whoo glad to not have to cut out coffee. It's a morning ritual. Soda no problem haven't had any in a couple of months. My daughter switched me to Advocare Spark, a energy drink mix with vitamin & amino acid supplement, it comes in a variety of flavors. It's great if your needing a morning/early afternoon pick me up.
