I hit a blip yesterday, I went over a lot! But, at least I tracked it So, not so bad
Had my fruit, did more steps, had more water than planned!!
I have two long walks planned at the weekend So, yay! Also just a few more days to enjoy the goodness that is red bull and lucozade! Before May, where I'm collecting sponsors to go without energy drinks for the month

that sounds great, as for me this weekend fitness wise, I plan on doing TurboFire going to the walk and jog and maybe hit the gym. I might go to this workout class on Sunday also with my friend I'm trying to break out of my comfort zone and start doing classes0

Hi guys! Last night we got pizza and breadsticks for dinner. I ate 2 pieces of pizza and 3 breadsticks. I was amazed at how full I was. I could have done with less but I like food too much. However I was over my calorie goals but under maintenance so I figure I still did pretty good since yesterday was a no exercise day.
Heading into the weekend, my son has a soccer game and I need to do a little shopping. No exercise for me till Monday so I will be trying to be good on my calories.
Jenny181111 - Hey, even if you went over, you still held yourself accountable and logged it! I think that is better than no logging it and pretending it never happened. lol. How long are your long walks? I remember when I was a kid and going on walks with my mom and grandma. I wish we had nice places here to walk to.:ohwell:
lzp114- You sound like you will be quite busy! At some point I really want to start going to some classes. I don't have any "real" friends around here though so I would be on my own. (we are military)0 -
I plan on doing some Turbo Sculpt. Hit my weights a bit since my arms are what I am really trying to work on right now. I want to take my daughter to the park to ride her bike. YEAH FOR SUMMER!!!
We will see how much of this all gets done however my mother has just moved from N.S. so I see lots of hauling organizing and cleaning in my future. Still a workout but maybe not as much "me time" as I usually like.
I think I will clean up my patio so I can finally catch some sun and maybe relax with a G and T. Who knows the weekend is full of possibilities!!!!
