    March 31 monday
    I worked in the weight room
    I did 15 rm for 3 sets for bench press. And 2 sets for leg press each foot individually. For shoulders 10kg in 15 rm in 3 sets. For biceps i did 10kg in 15 rm in 3 sets. I felt fatigue after it. I have no limitations.

    On tueday i had cardio. I did 15 min. On wlaking machine with speed of 5.2 and incline 3.0. And then i did 15 min. On bicycle for 15 min. With speed rpm of 102 and heart rate of 143. I felt tired and exhausted. Limitation is flat foot.

    Tuesday i performed cardio. On treadmill i raised speed to 6.5 and incline 3 to reach 140+ HR for 15 min and then i performed cardio bike. I felt tired for not doing cardio in the weekend. I had no limitations.

    On wednesday i had weight room, i did 3 sets with 25 pound for 15 rep max for chest. I did 2 sets 15 rep max with 180 pound for leg press. Then i did biceps 15 rep max for 3 sets with 8 kg. Then i did shoulders 15 rep max in 3 sets with 10 kg. I felt fatigue and tired. No limitations.

    Wednesday i was lifting weights. Chess press i did 15 rpm with 50 pounds . Leg press i had 90 pound on each side total 180 pounds. Moreover for shoulder i used 8 kilos for 15 rpm. For biceps i did 10 kg. my overload was 2 Kg from last time i used dumbels. I felt the reverse of my strength for taking a one week off. Limitations: headache

    Sunday, i worked on cardio. first i used the bicycle for 15 min. With tge pseed of 92. And then i worked on the treadmill for 15 min. With the speed of 6.0 and incline 3.0. I felt tired. My limitation is flatfoot.

    On sunday i performed treadmill for 15 min speed 6.5 incline 3. Moreover i performed cardio bike for 15 min. Had no limitations
