Its been a long sore weekend for my feet, 9 miles!! I'm pretty sure my legs will be happy about the break :)
How will you manage any cravings? And fit in the exercise you do? Please don't forget to add you new weight to the spreadsheet :)

Thank you xx

Mondays are never blue for me. I volunteer at my daughters school every Monday. I do the Cozy Reading program with 2 - 4 children depending on much time is available and then I stick around and help with craft and do singing and circle time. I love it and my daughter loves that I come in a volunteer and get to know her friends. I cherish it while she still wants to be seen with me.

So just to clarify we are weighing the beginning of each week. NOT the end of it???

From what I understand we can weigh in whenever our normal weigh in day is for that week/time frame and then log it. So by the end of that week, everyone should have weighed in. I weigh everyday so I just decided to pick Tuesday as my weigh in day. Can't wait to see the progress we have made!

Just weigh on your normal day :)

Definitely no set day or anything, just add it when you do your weekly weigh in xx

This is a wonderful thing that you are doing at your daughter's school. I remember doing that when my girls were young. It was very enjoyable.
