Hi,
21/4: 166.4
28/4: 166.8
Plus 0.4lb. But not concerned about this, would have liked to see some loss but had a pretty busy weekend with a couple of meals out and a wine festival. Hope that this week will be better!0 -
4/21- 185
4/28- 187
I ate to much this weekend and didn't exersize and the scale shows it. But thats ok because im not giving up.0 -
4/21 158
4/28 159.5

I struggle a bit last week due to easter coming around but yay bring it on x0 -
21/4 - 159.8
29/4 - 159.6
not much happening - but at least the movement was downward - albeit very slight.
Back into it this week after a lazy two weeks of public holiday craziness.0 -
I am afraid top weigh myself I will tomorow though I promise!!0

4/21 205lbs
4/28 203lbs
Down 2 lbs! Really getting into the swing of things and feeling very confident about my goals this time. Have been really enjoying the gym and have started a couch to 5k program and signed up for my 1st 5k in mid-June.0 -
Great job everyone!!
4/22 140.4
4/29 141.2
I ate too much this weekend also...was out most of the time but I know I didn't eat enough to gain a pound. I'm sure it's water and other things. So, I'm fine.
Will do better for next week!!0 -
4/23 238.6
4/30 237.7
Down approx 1 pound
The weird thing is i weighed myself on sunday and it said I gained 4 pounds. On weekends i generally eat more salty foods and drink less water and during the week i do the exact opposite so i def believe that your body holds onto water. Feeling good about the 1 pound though!0 -
4/21 189lbs
4/28 188lbs0 -
I weighed exactly the same this week as last. And the scale is still not moving. BOOO!
I'm still incredibly sore all the time from stregnth training, so I'm really hoping it's water retention and it will even itself out over the course of 10 weeks!0
