Leg and foot pain

Ok so I just finished day two and while I'm not short on stamina and would really like to check that little "really nailed it" box unfortunately I have extreme pain in my arches and calves. And although I'm sure I could keep up with the regular workout the pain gets to be too much and I have to switch to the other. Am I doing something wrong? Or will this pass as I progress? I just feel like we're always on our toes so far and it's killing my arches and in turn calves. (Also on a side note, I was wondering if I could move my double day to a different day of the week? My work schedule is kind of up and down.)

    Hi!

Sometimes my feet would be a little sore from some of the workouts, but I never had any extreme pain while doing the workouts (I actually just finished up doing Alpha+Beta+Gamma).

Are you wearing shoes that fit you well? Is the pain during the workouts or after? If it were me, I would not try to just "push through" if experiencing severe pain. It's one thing to just have sore muscles from working out, but this is a different situation. I would consider getting new shoes if your current ones are old/don't fit well (I would recommend going to a running store and getting fitted for shoes that work best for your body/the way you run/etc). It also couldn't hurt to see a doctor if this keeps up.

I typically did my double day on Saturdays, when I had more time (since I don't work that day). I also at times split them to Friday/Saturday. I don't think there's anything wrong with doing that, but again, that's just my opinion.

    Good luck to you!
