My goals... I would like to...

- Be closer to 77kg (at last weigh in was 79.5kg)
- Finish the day within my calorie limit at least 5 days a week
- Walk at least 90 minutes 5 days a week except during school holidays
- Complete the April 100 Mile Walking Challenge
- Get in two 20 minute workouts either Zumba or swimming
- Start using my new skipping rope

Challenges to overcome this month are...
- Not eating too many Easter Eggs
- Continue to exercise while the kids are on their Easter break

    My goals for this month

    I really want to get sub 80 this month. I REALLY feel like I can.
    Min x3 times a week gym.
    Start at-home programme (for when gym is not possible)
    Swim with kids at least x2 a month

    Challenges:
    To keep kids entertained and me on diet at the same time
    Apply new strategy to sugar addiction

    My goals... I would like to...

    - Loose atleast 5 lbs
    - Hit my macros within 2 percent 3 days in a row every week
    - Walk 60 min per day on my treadmill at 2.5mph at a 3% incline grade.
    - Complete my 21day Fix program in 21 days ( all 30 min per day)
    - Jump rope atleast 15min every day
    - Add new people to my AfterBurn fintess group on Face book

    Challenges to overcome this month are...
    - The need to eat right before bed time every day
    - Getting hubby to eat cleaner!!! (would be easier for me to eat cleaner if everyone else did too)

    Well, I end the month having lost just 0.9kg as I failed miserably at not eating too many Easter Eggs, lol. I didn't complete the April 100 miles Walking Challenge, I didn't do my workouts and the skipping rope is still encased in it's packaging. May will be better.

    I am on day 3 of insanity...my goal...to stick with it for the full 60 days and that includes following the nutritional plan. I would like to lose a total of 42 lbs for my energy, sanity and mirror! lol
