I'm one who would generally rather do without than eat a bad tasting GF substitute. And I eat pretty "slow carb" which most GF substitutes aren't.

That said: I love the Food for Life GF English Muffins.

They taste and feel like English muffins and hold together well. They would work great for the baked egg sandwiches popular on interest right now.

I've had great GF english muffins in Ireland before (they have better choices, imho) but had not found a tasty one in the U.S. until now.

I'll have to try those! I've tried Glutino English Muffins and they tasted very corny (lol!)

Oh, how I miss some Irish food!! Black and white pudding, sausage, brown bread, treacle sponge pudding.....

All off limits now

my daughter, the mom of a 4yr celiac child, says these em's aren't bad. I haven't tried them myself.

Which Food for Life muffins do you like?? Just the multi seed? Here's the website - they have several kinds of breads & muffins. BTW, the rice tortillas are horrible - they don't hold together well and do not bend or roll. only good for a tostada or quesadilla.

I just tried Glutino Multiseed English Muffins. Soooo much better than their regular english muffins. I think I even like them better than the Food For Life Multiseed. (I found them too dense and sometimes gummy.)
