Kj for breastfeeding?

Hi all, I have joined MFP 4 days ago in the hopes of helping to slowly shed the weight I gained from my third baby. She is 15 weeks old now and I have actually been gaining weight. She is exclusively breastfed.
When I was putting all my details into the start it has
Come up with my kj for the day. But there was no option to say I am a breastfeeding mum. Do I need to go over the kj required for the day so I keep up a good supply? I think I was majorly overeating as you do when you're a busy mum you know just grab what you can. But j know that bf mums should have extra? Unjust don't want to drop too much and compromise my supply.
Thanks :-)

I used this website to calculate how many calories I needed and then used the manual set-up here.

This site also had some good information-

Someone on here said that they have different breastfeeding options under the food choices, so I just input "breastfeeding toddler" along w/ whatever I ate for breakfast every morning and it subtracts 200 cals. That has worked well for me. He isn't breastfeeding as much and I only pump once at work, so I feel like 200 cals seems reasonable.0
