    What is the FIT Challenge where are the rules , guidelines and procedures we must follow? I need the challenge to keep my feet to fire and accountability to someone other than myself. NLR

    FIT is an 8 week challenge that is hosted on Facebook. There is a cost but you also have the chance to win money. We just started a challenge so we won't open to new members for 6 weeks :) It's all about cleaner eating and exercising!!! No powders, pills, snakes or any kind of "weight-loss" products except hard work and determination!!!
