One week in and the weather (at least in my part of the UK) is picking up and looking good. I even found a pair of shorts today, not sure if I am up to wearing them in public yet.

    I've upped my fruit intake :D Yippee! I have a fridge full of fruit atm ! Shocking!!

    One week to go until my sponsored 8 mile walk :D Both excited and nervous.
