    0.8lb off this week. Happy with that given I had 3 meals out! Got a more normal week this week so hoping for a good loss.

    Cause i normally go sunday to sunday so last week i had lost 7 lbs but from monday to yesterday 6lbs down :)

    Eeek. aiming for 2 this week again :) bring me out of the 200's

    Hmm gained 3 pounds? I havent eaten that much to gain that amount of weight
    But yesterday I did not consume as much water as I normally do. Therefore I will drink plenty of fluids and get back to you.

    I know it can be frustrating but you can't give up!
    You can do this and were all here for you.

    I know i have said this a few times already but drinking enough water during the day can really affect bloating and weight gain. I drink 16 glasses in one day. Go to this website and find out how much water you should be drinking. Not saying this is your problem, but it sure has been mine.
