Is it worth it to get the detailed analysis stuff from Fitbit Premium, or should I save my money?

    I don't have premium and every week get an e-mail telling me my averages and other stuff

    I have premium, the benchmark and trainer features are awesome.

    What was the verdict on this? I have been using my fitbit almost 2 years and have had success without the Premium feature. I just don't know if there would be any added benefit.

    I tried the one week trial and didn't see any benefit to it.
