Okay, so today is the start of the green tea challenge, and my morning is going great! I had a cup of green tea for breakfast with my oatmeal. I always drink two cups of coffee when I get to work, but I think I'm just going to drink one after today. I am so hyper, I completely forgot that I had the tea earlier. Aside from the shakes, I feel good. I'm going to take one with my lunch, one for afternoon tea, and then one at dinner. I think I might stop at the store and look for decaffeinated green tea. How's your day starting off?

Does green tea have a higher level of caffeine? I'm a bit jittery too, after 4 cups (2 mugs).0

Green tea usually has about half the caffeine of black tea, but if you find you're getting too much caffeine, there are lots of brands of de-caf available (Celestial Seasonings has some tasty ones).
Apparently the amount of caffeine depends on the brand you use too. Here's the link that rates the different brands:
