Good morning! This is a quick fly by as I am over the top busy at work. My morning is going great, lots of healthy food packed for the day! I hope you are all doing as well.

Also busy today, working this morning then out later. Just realised that if I lose this week I may drop from morbidly obese to whatever the next range down is. Hopefully my treats yesterday won't upset that lol Would be nice, and would be the first time in years. Happy Monday everyone.0

Hi! starting my week with renewed resolve! Had a good weekend, but the scale wasn't kind this morning. water retention for sure. But since I made it back to the gym 3 times last week, I won't have any problem doing so again this week! and food is doable as well.

Morning all. Busy here too. Only posting on my phone on break. Getting really anxious to weigh. It has been about 15 days now since my last weight in. Tried the packaging scale at work. It still errors out unless I put some pressure on my finger to take some weight off. Lol. That's cheating. Its too far of a drive to go to the docs office and check in so I either hit the closet again in search for my scale or wait another 2 weeks. I tried this weekend no luck. Ugh.0

Had good day today...my presentation went very well...covered all areas that they needed to be covered. Ate well, under my caloric intake too. Just can't motivate to exercise, except getting my 'steps' in at work! Tomorrow is another day!!!0

@blondageh Most places like Walgreens also have a scale you can use. They give credit with their "Steps" program (a sub-program of their Rewards program) for weigh ins and other things, so most of them have this. You might call to check the one closest to you...0

Good morning everyone! I am also getting nervous to weigh in on Wed. I am doing all my exercising (6 days a week cardio and 3 days weights with a PT) but my weight is up! I don't know why this is? It seems like I gained back the 4 lbs I lost...0

Hi gang, I've been sick for past two days with I don't know what--some kind of allergic reaction? I am covered in itchy rash and can't seem to stop sleeping.
Eating too much, too many carbs. I need to pull myself together!0 -
Quiet day around here. I'm having a lot of joint pain. I forgot the Fibromyalgia was going to flare up when I walked last week, so I'm paying for it this week I guess. I was way under my calorie allowance for last week. I don't know about the weight, still don't have a scale I can actually use....debating on ordering one or not.0

Feeling kind of crumby today after eating a bunch of junk yesterday at a party and then not sleeping well. Not hungry at all today, but I made myself eat some broccoli and a poached egg and a bit of broth for lunch. The weather is supposed to be hot and rainy this week, so I'm trying to figure out a way that I can get some walking in.
I don't know if I'll ever get over my distaste for Mondays.0 -

Having a good morning so far. Had a peach, pineapple, lemonade and protein supplement smoothie for breakfast. Probably wont get my yoga in today as someone is home sick so i'll just take a longer walk.0 -
I will be weighing in at my TOPS meeting this afternoon. It remains to be seen if I managed to maintain while I was out of town. We did go to lots of restaurants. What I DID do was eat half of what I ordered and then take the leftovers back to have for my next meal. I ended up skipping a couple of meals that my sister cooked. Luckily there were enough people enjoying it that she didn't get upset. Back home now and hope to get into my regular routine (whatever that is lol)0

Thanks! I've been traveling for the past nine days and swimming in hotel pools and sitting in hot tubs--I think it's from the pool chemicals. Hoping it clears up with benadryl.0 -
Checking in right quick before I head off to bed. I thought today was going to be slow around here and it wasn't so I still havent had time to really catch up on here. I am still getting all of my foods entered on my diary though I am still staying below calorie range so thankful for that at least with all the crazyness here the past few days lol. I hope you all are doing well !0

Well I weighed in at TOPS this afternoon and I had gained .4 so less than a half a pound. Not too bad for being out of town and with family. I guess that is pretty close to maintaining my weight. I'll take it!0

Made it thru another Monday.
Kept my cals at less than 900 NOT on purpose. I even went back over everything....it doesnt seem right. I did forget that I had added an ounce of cashews during work so that bumped me to just over 1000. My fiance' is so sweet.....he packs my lunch and weighs and measures every single thing.
I almost caved Sunday. I did have a few more calories than I had planned but still kept it below the 1400 the doctor suggested. Im finding that the phentermine Im taking does work good and Im able to skip a day of it now and then it hopes of delaying a tolerance to it.

Just want to finish off the one day before we start the next! I can claim a victory today. Yesterday was very stressful and I really wanted chocolate BAD, usually if I get in that state it is only a matter of time before I visit the vending machine. However, I remembered that I had said I would try a hot sweet flavored tea if that craving hit.. and I did.. and I didn't eat chocolate!!0

Fantastic Julie!! I'm glad you gave the hot tea a shot. Its always my go to treat.
I am also just stopping in to catch-up my check in's. Yesterday I was just in a funk. I'm not sure what was wrong. I just couldn't stay awake. If I was sitting I was sleeping. I just gave in at 7pm and went to bed.0
