    At least i didn't gain. I've been slacking allot, school has been keeping me very busy and i was very busy this weekend and didn't make the best food choices. But im not giving up I'm going to work out today and pre make a bunch of chicken breast so i wont go for the less healthy stuff.

    Frustratingly slow progress here. On the plus side I took my measurements and in the last month have lost 3/4 of an inch from each my waist and hips and 1/2 inch from each thigh, my muffin top and my bust.

    Three pounds off in the last month. SO frustrating. Becaue one special meal day and those three pounds came right back on. UGH!!! Back to the gym today.

    ETA the previous weights.

    i went back into the first weight in we did to see what i weight ive already lost 10lbs since. and we are only in week 5 now :O So i think ill bump my 10-15 lost up to 20lbs
