At least i didn't gain. I've been slacking allot, school has been keeping me very busy and i was very busy this weekend and didn't make the best food choices. But im not giving up I'm going to work out today and pre make a bunch of chicken breast so i wont go for the less healthy stuff.0 -

Frustratingly slow progress here. On the plus side I took my measurements and in the last month have lost 3/4 of an inch from each my waist and hips and 1/2 inch from each thigh, my muffin top and my bust.0 -

Three pounds off in the last month. SO frustrating. Becaue one special meal day and those three pounds came right back on. UGH!!! Back to the gym today.

i went back into the first weight in we did to see what i weight ive already lost 10lbs since. and we are only in week 5 now :O So i think ill bump my 10-15 lost up to 20lbs0
