So tired tonight. Driven 250 miles today to see my mum in her Nursing Home. Not an easy visit - she thought I'd come to take her home - to her 'mummy and daddy's', but mixing in references to my Dad who died 35 years ago - sad. Also she's beginning to lose language - but still sometimes on the edge of knowing that she can't find or has perhaps used the wrong word.
Very little exercise today - unless you count the 8 + miles I did on the exercise bike when I got home - I'd have preferred a walk in a nice park!!0 -

So tracking the "big picture' has helped me realize WHY the scale is not budging. I have been so worried about limiting my "red' days that when I see I am going to go RED...I tend to do it big. The numbers are ugly enough that it takes forever to fix it! (Us short girls don't have much wiggle room on the calorie front:ohwell: ..) Anyway, if this means that I have to set my green goal much lower---that has got to be my game plan! Between this and keeping up with the IF plan, I think I can FINALLY make the stupid scale submit to my desire for new happy #####s!!!!:explode:0 -

This week has been a killer, but FIL is home, school is almost over, and I have learned that whether or not I like it, I've got to eat a larger breakfast to get closer to my goal. Or do what I just did and eat a second breakfast of egg whites, cheese and toast after dinner.
K80 - glad you saw your mom, I know that must be really hard.
Chevy - traveling is hard, but I know you will work to achieve balance for the month and I believe you can do it.

Did a 5K with the newest pup (it appears of our 2 foster dogs, the youngest is going to be a permanent fixture in our family). He could have gone SOOO much farther but mostly wanted to go FASTER.....zoooooooom! (This would be the same dog that is so fast he's caught 2 squirrels in the past month.)

It helps that thanks to work overload, I don´t have much time for snacking, just 3 meals a day and some fruit in between. A trampolining! That helps a lot, I´m still sore from yesterday.0 -
