I just started the first week of T25 on 4/28/14. It has been pretty tough the first week. So far I have lost 8.5lbs by doing the program and controlling what I eat. I hope to keep the momentum going.

    That's Amazing loss I lack discipline in food choices but I'm starting beta week 1 today will tighten it up an see if before and after show a difference
