:smile: Hi,
Just starting my journey with getting healthier. Would love to give/get support here. Will start walking in the morning before work and see where that leads. I am doing elliptical and that has helped my endurance. :)

    Welcome to MFP!

    The moderator can delete your duplicate thread so don't worry about it. Walking is a great place to start as we all walk anyway so doing more of it is not that big of a deal mentally. I bought the ultimate collection (Leslie Sansone) and loved it because it had real people on it and I could do a the one mile and two mile walks without feeling hopeless!

    I hope you find the same great results that I have!
