Hi i am new to this and love walking, with having a 5 year old and a 3 week old baby, this would be great for me as i cant do much more than that at the moment.

Looking for new friends to help motivate and support would be great also

    Welcome and congrats for your new baby
    With a 3 week old baby, it must be hard.please take care of nutrient requirements and rest before you push yourself toomuch.
